- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the room-temperature peanut butter evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and milk. Whisk until smooth, leaving a few small lumps.
- Pour the batter over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the mini peanut butter cups and chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until edges pull away and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
