Preparation Steps
- Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and peel if desired. Cut into wedges of even thickness, about a half-inch wide, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and optional smoked paprika until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place the seasoned sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, allowing space between each piece. Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once crispy and golden brown, remove from the air fryer and serve hot, garnished with additional rosemary or parmesan.
