- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 egg until smooth.
- Add 1 cup of oat flour, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until a thick batter forms.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries.
- Using dampened hands, scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the batter and shape them into small balls.
- Place the shaped donut holes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the donut holes for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
