Instructions for Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in rolled oats and ground flaxseed until evenly coated.
- Add berries on top of the oat mixture, pressing lightly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- If using pecans, roast them at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- In the morning, stir the mixture and top with roasted pecans before serving.
