Method
 

Instructions for Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in rolled oats and ground flaxseed until evenly coated.
  3. Add berries on top of the oat mixture, pressing lightly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. If using pecans, roast them at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
  6. In the morning, stir the mixture and top with roasted pecans before serving.
