Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a 10 oz (300 mL) jar or airtight container, start by mixing 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  2. Next, stir in 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds into the yogurt mixture. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of frozen berries into the oat mixture to add natural sweetness and color.
  4. Cover the jar or container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing the mixture to thicken.
  5. In the morning, stir the mixture and adjust the consistency with a splash of milk or water if desired. Enjoy directly from the jar or in a bowl.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
