  • Measuring spoons
  • Knife

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon onion powder. Stir until smooth and well blended. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the special sauce while you prepare the rest of the ingredients to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ½ cup finely chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent. Next, add 1 pound of lean ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste and continue cooking for about 7-10 minutes, or until the beef is browned. Drain any excess grease before moving on.
  3. To make assembling easier, warm the 4 large flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Spread a generous tablespoon of the prepared special sauce onto each tortilla. Layer on the cooked ground beef, followed by 1 cup of shredded lettuce, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and optional dill pickle slices for that classic touch of flavor.
  4. Fold the sides of each tortilla inwards to enclose the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to create a wrap. If desired, slice the Big Mac Wraps in half for easier handling. Serve immediately and relish the delicious homemade goodness that echoes the classic flavors of a Big Mac—all wrapped up in one delightful package.
