Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl or a jar, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Pour in 1 cup of milk and ½ cup of yogurt if desired. Add 1–2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in 1 teaspoon of sprinkles into the oat mixture.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir the mixture well. Transfer to bowls or enjoy directly from the jar.
- Top with additional sprinkles, whipped cream, coconut flakes or fresh fruit as desired.
