Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or a jar, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of milk and ½ cup of yogurt if desired. Add 1–2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in 1 teaspoon of sprinkles into the oat mixture.
  4. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, stir the mixture well. Transfer to bowls or enjoy directly from the jar.
  6. Top with additional sprinkles, whipped cream, coconut flakes or fresh fruit as desired.
