- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter while stirring occasionally until it turns amber and smells nutty, about 5-7 minutes. Cool for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
- In the bowl with the cooled brown butter, add brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and glossy.
