Preparation Steps
  1. Step 1: Prepare Cold Brew - Steep coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 24 hours. If using concentrate, combine with equal parts water.
  2. Step 2: Make the Cold Foam - Whisk together heavy whipping cream, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin spice until thickened. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Combine Ingredients - Pour cold brew into a tall glass, add optional extra maple syrup and vanilla, and stir well.
  4. Step 4: Whip the Cold Foam - Whip the chilled foam for 1-2 minutes until airy with soft peaks.
  5. Step 5: Serve - Pour whipped foam over cold brew and garnish with sprinkles.
