Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth, then stir in melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the wet mixture; stir until just blended.
  4. Fold in all-purpose flour and rolled oats until no visible dry bits remain.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter, and swirl it in.
  6. Add the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture; create swirls.
  7. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness at 50 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
