  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Ensure it's fresh.
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Ensure it's fresh.
  • Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Adjust according to spice preference.
  • Coriander Leaves For garnish; can substitute with parsley.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  5. Add ground meat and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  6. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, and salt; cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Add diced potatoes and water, stirring to combine; bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for approximately 25 minutes.
  9. Stir in garam masala and coriander leaves just before serving.
