Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Season cubed chicken breast with salt and pepper, then sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
  5. In a medium saucepan over low heat, warm the heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Add Italian seasoning to the sauce.
  6. In the greased baking dish, mix the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, garlic, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce together.
