  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt can be used
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Consider using light mayo
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Fresh mozzarella is ideal
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano works too
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Replace with garlic powder if needed
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground is best

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
