  • 8 oz Macaroni Elbow macaroni or any pasta of choice
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth Low sodium preferred
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Broccoli Chopped
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Chopped
  • 1 cup Milk Preferably whole or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp Butter For extra creaminess
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped broccoli and cauliflower; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in macaroni, vegetable broth, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes until pasta is cooked.
  5. Mix in milk, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until creamy.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
