- In another bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crabmeat and panko breadcrumbs, then carefully fold in the binder mixture until just coated.
- Shape the mixture into four equal patties about 1 inch thick and place on a parchment-lined plate.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes and lightly spray the basket with canola oil.
