Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry zucchini. Slice into fry-like strips, 3–4 inches long and ½ inch thick. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl until frothy.
  4. Dip zucchini strips in eggs, then roll in breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coating.
  5. Place coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping.
  6. Lightly spray fries with cooking spray and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove fries once golden and crispy. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
