Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Pasta Chips
  1. Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, add your rigatoni or farfalle pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl to cool slightly while preheating the air fryer.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for even cooking. A few minutes of preheating will help get that perfect crunch.
  3. Drizzle the cooked pasta with olive oil, sprinkle in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss until fully coated.
