- Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, add your rigatoni or farfalle pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl to cool slightly while preheating the air fryer.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for even cooking. A few minutes of preheating will help get that perfect crunch.
- Drizzle the cooked pasta with olive oil, sprinkle in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss until fully coated.
- Add the coated pasta to the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway through at the 6-minute mark.
