Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a light coat of cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them more pliable.
  4. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on one edge of a warmed tortilla and roll it tightly.
  5. Arrange the rolled taquitos seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
