Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drain canned or frozen corn and pat dry thoroughly.

  3. Form mixture into small balls or discs, about 1 inch in diameter, using damp hands.
  4. Fry in heated oil until golden or bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Transfer fried bites to paper towels to drain and cool slightly before serving.
