  • 1 tbsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 pkg Tortellini (fresh or frozen) Optional for gluten-free option
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Can substitute with kale or Swiss chard
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil For garnish

Cooking Instructions
  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crock Pot, ensuring they're spread out evenly.
  2. Top the chicken with diced onions and minced garlic, promoting a fragrant foundation for your soup.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring gently.
  5. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Carefully remove the cooked chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces, and return to the pot.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
  8. Fold in the tortellini and fresh spinach, then cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
