- Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat, cooking for approximately 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat after cooking.

- About 20 minutes before serving, add cheese-filled tortellini to the crockpot and increase the heat to high. Stir gently and cook until tender.
- Serve the soup ladled into bowls, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
