Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined, then press into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden; let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
  3. Core and slice apples thinly. Toss with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Arrange slices over cheesecake filling.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Allow to cool again.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled bars and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, cut into squares, and serve.
