- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Mash 3 ripe bananas in a separate bowl until smooth.
