- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter, then press into the pan.
- Heat-treat all-purpose flour, then cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, whip softened cream cheese, then gradually add granulated sugar and eggs, followed by vanilla and sour cream.
- Spread two-thirds of cookie dough over the crust, pour over cheesecake filling, and prepare a water bath.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, then cool gradually in the oven for about an hour.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
- Prepare whipped cream and decorate the cheesecake with it, cookie dough balls, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
