- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Gradually mix in all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder until it resembles coarse crumbs, then press into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together large eggs and brown sugar until fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Gently fold in fresh blackberries, chopped pistachios, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is set.
