  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated is best.

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley Optional for garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil and Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Reserve 3/4 cup pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine Pasta and Garlic Butter: Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  4. Add Parmesan and Pasta Water: Mix in Parmesan cheese, adding reserved pasta water gradually until the sauce is glossy.
  5. Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
