Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Mash them in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.

  3. Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve the protein balls cold, optionally with fresh strawberries or crushed graham crackers.
