Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream the butter with dark brown sugar and granulated sugar in a stand mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.

  3. Whisk together flour and baking powder in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&M Minis.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll dough into 0.5 oz balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 8 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
