Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine half of the sweetened condensed milk with green Jello powder in a mixing bowl. Stir until the color is uniform.
  2. Add 1½ cups of finely grated coconut to the Jello mixture and blend until evenly incorporated.
  3. Form small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roll each ball in ½ cup of reserved finely grated coconut until completely coated.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining sweetened condensed milk, red Jello powder, and another 1½ cups of grated coconut.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
