- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of cottage cheese and blend for a smoother texture if desired.
- Separate 3 large eggs, placing the whites in one bowl and the yolks with the cottage cheese.
- Add the egg yolks, cream of tartar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the cottage cheese. Mix until combined.
- Whip the egg whites with a hand mixer until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture until no visible streaks remain.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the batter in mounds, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
