Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, and crushed pineapple with its juices. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium-high for 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake cools, beat the plain cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, and then fold in drained crushed pineapple.
- Frost the cooled cake with the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve to your guests.
