  1. Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce by whisking together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic in a medium bowl. Stir in cornstarch until dissolved.
  2. Dredge the Chicken by cutting chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. In a separate bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then coat the chicken pieces evenly.
  3. Cook the Chicken by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and adding chicken in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add the Teriyaki Sauce over the cooked chicken and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Combine Chicken with Fried Rice by adding pre-cooked fried rice to the skillet. Stir well and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish and Serve by transferring to serving plates and garnishing with green onions, cilantro, and toasted sesame seeds.
