Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Carefully fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites until just combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 5"x9" loaf pan or spoon onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for approximately 50 minutes until golden brown; perform a toothpick test.
  7. Once baked, turn off the oven and let cool in there for about 10 minutes.
  8. Slice to desired thickness and serve warm or at room temperature.
