Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Mix well and prepare a cornstarch slurry if desired.
  4. Simmer covered for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and add sesame oil and ginger. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over rice or quinoa.
