Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by drizzling olive oil into a large non-stick skillet and heating it over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté it for about 1 minute.
  3. Introduce the lean ground beef to the skillet along with 7 spice, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for approximately 3–4 minutes.
  4. Crack the large eggs directly on top of the browned beef mixture, reduce heat to medium, and gently fold the eggs into the beef.
  5. Once the eggs are almost set with a soft finish, remove the skillet from the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Serve the Ground Beef and Eggs with warm Lebanese pita bread.
