- Begin by drizzling olive oil into a large non-stick skillet and heating it over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté it for about 1 minute.
- Introduce the lean ground beef to the skillet along with 7 spice, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for approximately 3–4 minutes.
- Crack the large eggs directly on top of the browned beef mixture, reduce heat to medium, and gently fold the eggs into the beef.
- Once the eggs are almost set with a soft finish, remove the skillet from the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
- Serve the Ground Beef and Eggs with warm Lebanese pita bread.
