Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add ground beef and half of the spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, then transfer beef to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add cubed Yukon Gold potatoes, the remaining spices, and beef stock. Stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  3. Uncover and add diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are soft.
  4. Return cooked beef to the skillet, add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Stir and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve directly from skillet.
