Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add sliced onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in broccoli florets and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  7. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli mixture, cooking for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes as desired.
  9. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
