Ingredients
  

For the Greens
  • 1 cup Kale curly or dinosaur
  • 1 cup Spinach or Swiss chard
For the Fruits
  • 1 cup Pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Pear or extra apple
  • 1 medium Green Apple or red apple for sweetness
For the Crunch
  • 1 stalk Celery or another fresh vegetable
  • 1 small Cucumber or additional leafy greens
For Added Nutrition
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts or almonds/sunflower seeds
For Creaminess
  • 1 cup Oat Milk or almond milk/coconut water
  • 1 cup Ice optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash the kale, spinach, and celery under cold running water for about 2 minutes to remove dirt.
  2. Peel the cucumber, core and chop the green apple and pear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks and add to the bowl with the other chopped fruits.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in oat milk.
  5. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  6. Taste and adjust the flavor; add lemon juice or honey if desired.
  7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
