- Wash the kale, spinach, and celery under cold running water for about 2 minutes to remove dirt.
- Peel the cucumber, core and chop the green apple and pear into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks and add to the bowl with the other chopped fruits.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pour in oat milk.
- Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the flavor; add lemon juice or honey if desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
