Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then spread them on half of the baking sheet.
  3. Season chicken cutlets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, placing them on the other half of the baking sheet.
  4. Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  5. Brush half of the honey mustard sauce over the chicken cutlets and roast in the preheated oven for 20-24 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, brush the chicken with the remaining honey mustard sauce and serve garnished with fresh parsley or chives.
