Step-by-Step Instructions
- Pat the raw, peeled shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Coat with cornstarch, ensuring an even layer, then set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add orange juice, honey, soy sauce, orange zest, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Return the crispy shrimp to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently for 1-2 minutes until well coated and heated through.
- Transfer the Honey Orange Shrimp to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve over rice or noodles.

Notes
Ensure your skillet is hot before cooking the shrimp to achieve the perfect sear. Avoid overcrowding in the pan while cooking.
