Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
  2. Spread the cooked rice on a baking sheet, drizzle with seasoned rice vinegar, and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab, Japanese mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sriracha; blend until smooth.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread cooled sushi rice in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with furikake, and layer the creamy filling on top.
  5. Broil in the oven for about 4 minutes until golden and bubbling. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle with spicy mayo and unagi sauce, and garnish with cucumber and green onions.
