- Spread the cooked rice on a baking sheet, drizzle with seasoned rice vinegar, and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab, Japanese mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sriracha; blend until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread cooled sushi rice in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with furikake, and layer the creamy filling on top.
- Broil in the oven for about 4 minutes until golden and bubbling. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
