Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and shape it into a loaf, smoothing out the top.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the top is golden.
  5. While baking, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, sauté minced garlic, then stir in additional Parmesan and parsley to create a glaze.
  6. After baking, remove the meatloaf and brush the glaze over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish each slice with extra parsley and serve.
