  • 2 stalks Scallions Chopped, green onions can substitute.
  • 1 large Egg Or use a flax egg for vegan option.
  • 2 tbsp Butter (Unsalted) For frying, can use ghee.
  • 2 tbsp Keto-friendly Oil For frying, try avocado or olive oil.
  • 1/4 cup Bang Bang Sauce Use homemade or store-bought.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking rack lined with foil.
  2. Place salmon on the baking rack, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Flake the cooked salmon and transfer the meat to a mixing bowl.
  4. In the bowl, add almond flour, red bell pepper, scallions, egg, and Bang Bang sauce. Mix gently.
  5. Shape the mixture into patties about 2-3 inches in diameter and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add oil and let foam.
  7. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and serve hot.
