  • 12 ounces Egg Noodles or substitute with short pasta

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles for 2-3 minutes less than package directions, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and marinara sauce into the beef. Fold in the cooked egg noodles.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 13” x 9” baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
