Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Steep the Rosella Flowers: Boil 250 ml water, remove from heat, add 5 dried rosella flowers, steep for 5 minutes, and cool.
  3. Prepare the Frozen Base: Blend frozen butterfly pea tea cubes with 400 ml of frozen Sprite until smooth.
  4. Juice the Lemon: Roll and juice 1 fresh lemon, set aside.
  5. Layer the Drink: In a clear glass, layer cooled rosella tea, then the blended mix, drizzle lemon juice, and top with cold Sprite.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately while the layers are visible for the best experience.
