- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth with no large lumps.
- Combine the mashed bananas with eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt thoroughly.
