  • 2 tablespoons Sugar adjust sweetness to taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh minced garlic preferred
For the Vegetables
  • 2 cups Vegetables e.g., broccoli, shredded cabbage, mushrooms, or green beans
For Adjustment
  • 1/4 cup Water

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles
  1. Cook your chosen noodles according to the package instructions. Once they’re al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sugar, then add a splash of water. Stir well for about 2 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the beef and sauce. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
  6. If using vegetables, toss them in now and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
