Step-by-Step Instructions for Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles
- Cook your chosen noodles according to the package instructions. Once they’re al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and sugar, then add a splash of water. Stir well for about 2 minutes.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the beef and sauce. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
- If using vegetables, toss them in now and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
