Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash three extra ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and stir until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
