Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted and bubbly.
  2. Add chopped white button mushrooms and diced yellow onion to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Remove the cooked mushrooms and onions from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and toss in zucchini chunks. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender yet slightly crisp.
  5. Lower the heat, add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  6. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste, stir well, and serve hot.
