- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Divide meat mixture evenly among greased muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Optionally brush tops with extra ketchup or BBQ sauce for a glaze.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F and tops are golden brown.
- Boil potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter, milk, and salt until creamy.
- Allow cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing. Pipe or spoon whipped potatoes on top.
